One can lodge a complain through the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) for delayed insurance settlements or fraud.
The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) is entrusted with the mandate to regulate, supervise, and develop the insurance industry in Kenya. Its primary goals revolve around promoting consumer education and protection, fostering an inclusive, competitive, and stable insurance industry, and providing top-notch customer service.
You can lodge complains directly to the Insurance Regulatory Authority(IRA). IRA will then assist you follow up the claim with the relevant insurance company or intermediary. It is recommended for you to have relevant documents such as copy of the discharge voucher, claim form, email communication or other supporting documents.
